Term The term of each Partnership (a.k.a. Group) shall be spelled out separately in the Subscription Document for each Runner from the date of inception the Partnership, or until dissolved by an act or event specified in this Agreement or by law as one effecting dissolution. The term of a Partnership Group may be extended based upon the decision of the Managing Partner and Senior Partners (if there are any). The specific term of each Partnership will be provided in a separate Appendix to each person who becomes "vested" in a specific Group. |
