All notices and demands required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and may be sent by certified or registered mail or similar delivery service, postage prepaid, to the Partners at their addresses as shown from time to time on the records of the Partnership, and shall be deeded given when mailed or delivered to the service.  

Any Partner may specify a different address by notifying the Managing Partner in writing of the different address.
