Business Office The principal place of business for Mojo Racing Partners shall be: 7771 Park Downs Drive Fort Worth, Texas 76137 The Managing Partner may, from time to time, change the principal place of business of the Partnership, and in such event the Managing Partner shall notify the other Partners in writing within 30 days of the effective date of such change. The Managing Partner may in his discretion establish additional places of business of the Partnership. |
