Mojo Celebration of Independance at Lone Star Park!

June 29, 2013

4th of July

When in the course of a race meet it becomes necessary to give the people what they want, we hold these truths to be self-evident that all racing fans are created equal and endowed with certain unalienable rights, among these are the smart, affordable, and fun pursuit of good Mojo!

“That's right,"  declares Fred Taylor, Mojo’s CEM.  "And, to prove it, we're celebrating Independence Day with a Mojo race at Lone Star Park!”

Mojo has entered Alarming Afleet in Race 10—post time is 9:03 p.m. CT.  Alarming Afleet is a 9YO bay gelding by Northern Afleet out of Smoke Alarm.  There are ten horses entered in the race, and Alarming Afleet will be going out of post position #7.  Immediately following the Mojo race, there will be a big fireworks show.

“JR (Mojo’s Trainer) has Alarming Afleet tuned up," Fred reports.  "He should be sharp this time out, and I'd like to see the old man fly like a bottle rocket down the homestretch for us in the night cap.”
