Saint Brigid Races at Arlington Park

Mojo Partners celebrated Father’s Day at Arlington Park (AP)! 

The weather in Chicago was picture perfect at race time.  Unfortunately, SB needed more than Mother Nature on her side as she continued her string of poor performances and finished next to last.

After the race, the rider said Brigid was fighting him all the way around the track.  She was jerking her head and, basically, just not very focused.

Our Trainer, John Good, doesn't really have an explanation for it—she trains well; does what she's supposed to do; and looks fantastic.  However, in her last three races, she hasn't been competitive.  Back at the barn, John said there aren’t any physical problems or issues with the horse.

Nevertheless, we made the most of the day and have a few pics of SB and AP to share w/ everyone:

At this point, the Partnership will be evaluating our options with this Filly.  For now, it looks like Brigid has reached the limits of her ability; and Mojo will likely be exploring new equine options for our Patroness.
