	Mojo Subscription Document Wild About Annie 2012 Lone Star Park Thoroughbred Meet This general partnership is being formed to share in the racing experience of the Thoroughbred Filly, Wild About Annie (by Wimbledon out of Sassy Anne by Uprising), while the horse is in training to become a racehorse and for up to three races. I. Understanding. You have read, asked questions (if necessary), and understand the terms and conditions spelled out in the Partnership Summary. II. Term. This general partnership is scheduled to be carried out in two phases: Phase 1 - Diamond D Ranch (training) Phase 2 - Lone Star Park Meet 2012 (enter into a race - not claiming) This general partnership is expected to last up to six months, and once Phase 2 ends, this general partnership will terminate. If the Managing Partner, Senior Partners, and other General Partners agree to continue racing this Filly once Phase 2 ends, a new general partnership agreement will be drafted and new Subscription Documents will need to be submitted by the interested persons. III. Available Shares. This partnership will offer up to 25 full shares--controlling interests are not allowed. Subscriptions for full shares will be accepted through March 31, 2012. The percentage of investment will be based upon each General Partner's investment on record after March 31, 2012. Should an unexpected hardship occur during Phases 1 or 2, each General Partner does have the option to request to withdraw from the corresponding general partnership, and that withdrawal has to be approved by the Managing and Senior Partners. If a General Partner withdraws, there will be no refund of Capital Contributions and the General Partner will forfeit all current and future earnings, rights, and benefits of this general partnership. The financial burden of a General Partner that withdraws will fall upon the Senior Partners. IV. General Fund. The Initial Investment for Phase 1 is $500 per General Partnership Interest - these funds will be used to pay for the majority of horse's day-to-day expenses including stable, paddock, basic vet, farrier, dental, registration, grooming, and schooling day rate (this is not an "all inclusive" list). If the horse is "race ready" and is scheduled to race at Lone Star Park for the 2012 Thoroughbred Meet, then each General Partner will be billed $500 in advance for Phase 2. Contributions for Phase 2 will be used to pay for shipping, stabling, basic vet, farrier, dental, grooming, and training day rate (this is not an "all inclusive" list). V. Additional Funds. Also, prior to the Filly's first race, in order for the horse to race in Texas, each General Partner must be licensed with the Texas Racing Commission. As such, each General Partner will be required to submit the appropriate documents and licensing fees for a professional background check (including finger prints). Depending on the horse's progress, additional Capital Contributions may be required in Phases 1 and 2, and will be billed separately based on each General Partner's investment percentage. That said, Capital Contributions for each General Partner will not exceed $1,000 (plus the fees related to obtaining your owner's licenses) for the Term of this Partnership unless 100% of the General Partners agree to do so. VI. Distributions. Distributions are contingent upon net earnings. If net purse distributions are generated, the distribution percentage is contingent upon the final number of General Partners shares invested. If the Senior Partners decides to syndicate the horse after the racing career as ended, a new partnership agreement will be drafted. In order to participate in this Partnership: 1.
